VIP TICKET SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

(New this year, all packages need to be picked up at The La Crosse Club on Friday July 24

by yourself or a representative between 4:30 and 9:00 pm)

 

  1. All include your name on sponsorship signage on the grounds as well as in the official Irishfest booklet

  2. 1 parking pass per VIP package to park in the front parking lot (space is very limited) (please note that only the parking pass will allow entry to this lot, NOT a VIP entry ticket that you may be sharing with others)

  3. Irishfest tokens ($5 value) can be used toward your purchase at any of our Irishfest food booths or the official Irishfest soft goods booth

  4. Corporate sponsors may have ONE sign hung on the grounds and have a corporate link included on our website

  5. The Irishfest dinner will once again take place on Thursday, August 6th and will be part of Moon Tunes as we showcase our fest! More details will be sent out at a future time.

  6. VIP tickets used at the gate result in a VIP wristband which allows you to sit in the assigned VIP area Stage Left in the Main Tent. Security will be checking for VIP wristbands in this area.

    All packages have remained the same for this year


     

*$6000-$10000 “Positive” Pat’s Club*   Be one of the first to join this level to honor the Founder of La Crosse Irishfest, Pat Stephens. Tell us what you need/want and we can make it happen!

*$5000 Shamrock Club*   2 invites to the post-Irishfest private dinner held with band members, 24 one-day VIP tickets, 10 one-day general admission tickets, 48 beverage tickets, 4 raffle tickets (grand prize trip for 2 to Ireland), 1 official Irishfest collectors mug, 6 Irish Dinner and Concert invites, full page ad in our program, banner hung in the Main Tent, 20 Irishfest tokens

 

  *$3500 Emerald Isle Club* 20 one-day VIP tickets, 32 beverage tickets, 2 raffle tickets (grand prize trip for 2 to Ireland), 1 official Irishfest collectors mug, 6 Irish Dinner and Concert invites, 1/2 page ad in our program, banner hung in the Main Tent, 16 Irishfest tokens

  *$2250 Craic Club* (Craic means "a good time" in Irish slang!) 12 one-day VIP tickets, 24 beverage tickets, 1 raffle ticket (grand prize trip for 2 to Ireland), 1 official Irishfest collectors mug, 6 Irish Dinner and Concert invites, 1/4 page ad in our program, 10 Irishfest tokens

  *$1750 Blarney Club* 10 one-day VIP tickets, 16 beverage tickets, 1 official Irishfest collectors mug, 4 Irish Dinner and Concert invites, 1/4 page ad in our program, 6 Irishfest tokens


*$1200 Slainte Club* 8 one-day VIP tickets, 8 beverage tickets, 4 Irish Dinner and Concert invites, 1/8 page ad in our program

  *$750 Claddagh Club* 6 one-day VIP tickets, 2 Irish Dinner and Concert invites


GENERAL ADMISSION SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Your name will be included in the official Irishfest booklet as well as on our website. Irishfest tokens ($5 value) can be used toward your purchase at any of our Irishfest food booths or the official Irishfest soft goods booth. The biggest change here is that the $600 level is no longer part of the VIP packages.

 
$600 Shillelagh Club   6 one-day general admission tickets and 8 beverage tickets


$400 Celtic Club 4 one-day general admission tickets and 4 tokens


$200 Heritage Club   2 one-day general admission tickets and 2 tokens
